Booking Policy

At Lash & Nail Beauty Spa, every appointment is a personalised, one-on-one experience.

Please ensure you book the correct service and select any required add-ons (such as French tips, repairs or lash removal). This allows us to allocate the correct amount of time for your visit. If the incorrect service is booked and we cannot complete it within the allocated time, we may kindly ask you to reschedule.

Lash removal must be booked in advance and added to your appointment. We are unable to add a removal on the day if it has not been booked.

For lash extension appointments, if you experience any issues within 3 days, please contact us and we will happily fix them for you at no cost.

All new lash clients must arrive with clean, makeup-free lashes. Please avoid mascara, eyeliner and oily products around the eye area on the day of your appointment.

For the comfort and safety of all clients, pets are not allowed inside the salon.

Cancellation Policy

We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 2 days before the beginning of your appointment, or you may be charged a cancellation fee of $50.00.

If you cancel your booking at least 48 hours before your appointment, no fee will be charged.

If you can’t make it to your appointment at the last minute, please call us on 0414 563 214. If you have not contacted us to cancel, 100% of the treatment cost will be charged — not informing us is considered a no-show, and this applies to all clients with no exceptions.

If you do contact us for a last-minute cancellation, a $50 cancellation fee will apply. If your treatment costs less than $50, we will charge the value of your appointment, or 50% of your appointment, as a thank you for informing us. As we are a small salon with limited appointment spots each day, this fee helps cover a portion of the time reserved exclusively for you. Please let us know as soon as possible if you cannot attend.

We do not take deposits, but a card is required to secure your booking and will only be charged for late cancellations or no-shows.

Cancellations must be made via direct message only. Instagram DMs and emails are not accepted under any circumstances.
